Take a tour in the Natural Galapagos Islands
The Galapagos Islands of Ecuador is a collection of distributed volcanic islands, that is famous for it’s natural wildlife. The Islands have grown however by 40-folds over 50 years in population to reach 40,000. Still, this is one of the few magnificent places still left on this planet, where you can examine the wildlife and nature away from civilization. These islands have been one of the major locations Charles Darwin visited in his 5 year journey, and it has also been featured in the Master and Commander movie as an island of nature.
You can read more about the Galapagos Islands on Wikipedia and WikiTravel, and for vacations and tours there, Galapagos.com is your next stop. For hotels in Galapagos Islands, we have a few hotels to offer in Isla Santa Cruz.

Readers should be aware that the vacation & tours link only seems to offer the high end (expensive end) Galapagos options. There are numerous other hotels and Galapagos boats that are available for people on a tighter budget to still enjoy the islands.
Robin Slater: Thanks for your note. It would be nice to get links to the better offers you are pointing to, we’d be happy to point people to them.

Robin: Thanks for the links. Hope it will help people planning to travel there.
The Galapagos Islands are the most incredible living museum of evolutionary changes, with a huge variety of exotic species (birds, land animals, plants) and landscapes not seen anywhere else.
Zuri: Indeed, that’s what I’ve heard and seen in documentaries.
