Cheapest and most expensive destinations in the world – 2013
|A recent research have compiled a list of the most expensive, and cheapest destinations around the world. Research found that Asia has the cheapest destinations overall, while Europe seems to dominate the most expensive ones. Surprisingly, Zurich in Switzerland comes only second in terms of expense after Oslo, Norway. Paris only #5. Also, you’d be surprised to find uncommon destinations in our region such as Cancun in Mexico, and Punta Cana of the Dominican Republic among the top ten most expensive. Another European city, Sofia in Bulgaria, was found the cheapest destination. Along the cheapest cities list you will find Warsaw in Poland, the popular Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
