Marvel Super Heroes 4D Movie At Madame Tussauds London

Marvel Super Heroes 4D for the comic and character fans is a new short 4D movie screening at Madame Tussauds in London. The movie was released on May 30th, and is part of the Madame Tussauds experience, included in your ticket price. The movie was quite fun with blowing air, water sprinkling, chair tingling, inside a large dome. Was a really pleasant experience, however short lived 9 minutes only. But cheer up your kids as they get a chance to take photos with model of Iron Man and few others before the show begins.
The down side is, you have to walk through the whole museum, pay the full ticket price to see the show. For us, the queue to enter alone was like 45 minutes! Was too crowded inside we struggled to pass through the crowd and reach the show for the kids. So if you’re planning on going there, arrange your visit, book online for %10 save value, and see if you want to group book for other attractions like London Eye and the Aquarium as well. This could be a saving by it self. Also, try to arrive early on a working day to enjoy more freedom. Don’t forget you can also find great London hotel rates here.

British Airways Business Class Sale

For travels between 21 May – 15 June and 01 August – 31 October 2009, British Airways is offering huge sale on their Business Class seats, with some restrictions like reservations being non-refundable ofcourse. My wonder is about those who already paid the huge amount for business class seats. Will they get a refund of the price difference? If not, it’s a pity to lose the price different, and in the end, still be setting in a crowded place among all others.
Anyways, if you’re traveling to Europe at these times, give it a look.

Get your VISA before it’s too late
Those of you planning to travel this summer might want to consider applying for VISA from now before it’s too late. In summer, it’s usually too crowded, takes long time, and some people end up paying hundreds for 3rd-parties to finish their papers. To be best prepared for your VISA application and make the process easier, below are some quick guidelines:
- Make sure your passport is still valid and not about to expire. You need minimum of 6 months on it when applying for the new VISA. Expired? Renew all travelers’ passports at your earliest.
- Gather information about the VISA for the country you want to visit. Try Googling for something like “UK visa”, “Shengen VISA” and usually you’ll find the information you need. Make sure you get the VISA details for your nationality, as it differs a lot from one nationality to the other. See if they have online application as well, as it’s usually much easier that way. Some worldwide travel guide info sites might help, like WorldTravelGuide.net. Search for your destination and see the VISA page.
- Get all your papers ready, get as much as you can. Include destination, purpose of visit, travel dates, airline tickets, hotel booking confirmation, what you plan to do there. Some destinations require a look at your past bank statements and salary certificates. They are usually interested in making sure you intend to come back, so help them feel sure about it. A look at their official website should help you know more about what type of papers are required. Basically, the more clear and proof you have, the easier your papers will be processed.
- Apply either online or through the local official or nearest to your country office. Again, have everything ready, and make sure you have enough tipe for the VISA processing before you submit your application.

The process is pretty smooth and user friendly, and you can stop anytime you want, resume later on from where you started. Nevertheless, have as much information you can as possible ready. The more accurate and specific you are, the more easy your paper processing will be. Keep in mind first time you apply for UK Visa, you are entitled for maximum of 5 years. Next time you apply, you may ask for up to 10 years.
After submitting the application, you will still most likely get a date for interview. So why did you do the online application? First to get this lousy job done online, quickly, easily, and neatly. Second, you get a scheduled interview or at least go through a much shorter online applicants line. The net result is, your process would go much more smoother and faster that way.
When going to the interview, take as much official documents as you can with you. If you have your travel tickets, accommodations, take copies of them with you. It would add much more credibility to the application. In my case in Kuwait, the interview was basically some paperwork and fingerprinting. I did not believe my Visas were ready the next afternoon for collection. Collection ofcourse is another waiting time, but hey, it’s the last time and no more questions asked!
